Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before engaging with LynxMedia.
1. General Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern all video and media services provided by LynxMedia. Engagement with LynxMedia services constitutes acceptance of these terms. Services are strictly B2B only and intended for marketing, social media, and corporate use.
2. Privacy & Security Policy
- All footage is processed, edited, and delivered through private and secure pipelines.
- We do not use public or third-party cloud services (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer).
- RAW footage is stored on encrypted local servers and deleted 180 days post final delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Final deliverables are stored for 5 years post final delivery unless agreed otherwise.

All packages include:
- Music licensing (royalty-free)
- Captions (English)
- Color correction (Combo Pack and higher)
- Transitions, overlays, light motion graphics
4. Revisions Policy
- 1 round of revisions included for: Taster, Snack, Combo.
- Up to 2 revisions/month included for: Essential Edit, Brand Builder.
- Unlimited minor revisions for: Full Feature package (within reason and monthly scope).
Note: Revisions include reasonable creative changes (timing, text overlays, caption corrections, etc.). Major revisions (e.g., music changes, reshoots, storyline restructure) are subject to additional charges. All music selections are confirmed in writing before editing begins.
5. Turnaround Time
- Taster/Snack/Combo: 5–10 business days
- Strategy packages: 10–15 business days
- Drone/RAW: next day delivery
- Custom Projects: Timeframe agreed in writing
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide brand guidelines, messaging, visual references (if available).
- Confirm shoot dates within 5 business days of booking.
- Respond to edit drafts and revisions within 3 business days.
7. Usage Rights & Licensing
All delivered media is licensed for organic social media, website use, and digital ads. LynxMedia retains the right to use content for portfolio purposes, unless agreed otherwise.
8. Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to confirm any booking.
- Monthly packages require a 40% deposit to confirm the project.
- Monthly services are billed at the beginning of each cycle, with the first invoice issued after the initial delivery.
- Final balance is due within 14 calendar days of project completion.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice: 50% fee applies.
- Rescheduling due to weather/force majeure is permitted once at no extra charge.
- Strategy retainers require 30-day written cancellation.
10. Content Delivery & Archival
- Delivery via secure, encrypted file link.
- Content stored securely for 5 years post-final delivery.
- RAW footage is stored for 180 days.
11. Travel & Location
- Includes 10 km radius of Dundalk.
- Additional travel: €0.40/km.
- Multi-location or international shoots require prior scoping.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled in good faith. Legal jurisdiction: Republic of Ireland.
